If your subscription lapses, you revert to Host status. You keep your listings but lose Agent benefits like co-hosting and override earnings. You can reapply anytime.

How do Manager overrides work?

As a Manager, you earn a percentage of bookings from Agents you recruit and mentor. The exact percentage is outlined in your Manager agreement.

Do I handle my own taxes?

Yes, all participants (Hosts, Agents, Managers, Partners) are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes. GaiaStR will provide 1099 forms for US-based participants earning over $600/year.

Can Partner Agents have Managers under them?

Yes! Partner Agents operate locations and can host both Manager Agents and regular Agents, earning from both tiers.
