Our commitment
GaiaStR is committed to making our marketplace usable by people with disabilities and to improving accessibility as our platform grows. We aim to design and maintain core traveler, Host, booking, payment, check-in, checkout, messaging, cancellation, refund, and account experiences with recognized accessibility practices in mind.
What we work to support
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive controls.
- Meaningful labels and instructions for forms and important actions.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate.
- Readable text, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, and zoom support.
- Logical headings and page structure for assistive technologies.
- Error messages that explain what needs attention without relying only on color.
- Accessible booking, checkout, cancellation, check-in, checkout, and account-management workflows.
Third-party content and services
Some GaiaStR features may involve third-party services, payment providers, maps, embedded content, or content supplied by independent Hosts and Providers. We work to choose and configure these services responsibly, but we do not control every accessibility feature of an independent third party.
Need help or found a barrier?
If you have difficulty using GaiaStR or need information in an alternative format, contact us at host@gaiastr.com. Please tell us the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or device you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We will review the issue and work toward a reasonable solution.
You may also write to GaiaStR LLC, 2235 N Courtenay Pkwy, Suite C-3, Merritt Island, FL 32953.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing process. GaiaStR performs launch and regression checks and will continue improving identified barriers as features change or new functionality is added.
